When do I pay, and how much?
You pay in the app after the provider accepts your request. You pay the order amount plus a small service charge. The full amount is shown before you pay.
Is my money safe?
Yes. Brouz holds the money until you confirm the work is done. The provider is paid only then — or automatically 3 days after they mark it done, if you don’t raise a problem.
What if the work isn’t done properly?
Raise a problem from the order within 3 days of the work being marked done. The money stays on hold, and the Brouz team looks at what happened and decides a full refund, a partial refund or payment to the provider.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds go back to the way you paid. They usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
How fast do I get paid?
The money is released after the customer confirms the job is done, or automatically after 3 days. It goes straight to your UPI or bank account.
