What are Brouz Plus and Pro?
Optional monthly plans for providers: unlimited live listings, more photos, a Plus or Pro badge, a lower Brouz fee and two Featured boosts a month. You pay once a month in the app — nothing renews on its own. The free plan lets you keep 5 listings live.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining and listing your skill are free. Brouz keeps a small commission only when a job is completed.
What do I need to start?
A phone number, your PAN, and a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. Your PAN is checked once and kept encrypted.
How fast do I get paid?
The money is released after the customer confirms the job is done, or automatically after 3 days. It goes straight to your UPI or bank account.
What if a customer cancels?
Cancellations follow the terms you choose for your listing. Cancelling before work starts is always free for the customer, so start the real work only after you tap “Start work” in the app.
Can I offer more than one service?
Yes. Each service gets its own listing, so you can offer different skills to different customers.
How is my listing checked?
Every listing is checked before it goes live, and you’re told if it’s approved or not. If it’s rejected, you’ll see why and can fix it and submit it again.
Why are my payouts on hold?
The name on your UPI ID or bank account must match the name on your PAN. If it doesn’t, payouts wait until our team checks it. Your listings and bookings carry on as normal.
What can’t I list?
Anything illegal, unsafe or misleading, or anything that needs a licence the provider doesn’t have. Every listing is checked before it goes live, and we remove ones that break the rules.
