1. For customers
- Each provider sets their own price: a fixed price, an hourly rate, or a price per unit (per kg, per piece, per day). It is shown on every listing in Indian rupees.
- A delivery charge applies only if the listing offers delivery and you choose it.
- A service charge of 3% of the order amount is added at checkout. It is shown before you pay and is not refundable.
- The full amount, with every charge, is shown before you pay. There are no other fees.
2. For providers
- Joining Brouz and listing your services are free.
- Brouz keeps a commission of 10% of the order amount on completed bookings (8.99% on a Brouz Plus or Pro plan). Nothing is charged on money refunded to a customer.
- Tax is deducted at source from payouts where the law requires it.
3. Brouz Plus and Pro (optional)
- Brouz Plus — ₹299 a month: unlimited live listings, up to 10 photos a listing, lower commission, 2 Featured boosts a month (24 hours each), your listing numbers and verified certificates on your listings.
- Brouz Pro — ₹499 a month: everything in Plus, up to 15 photos a listing, 2 Featured boosts a month (48 hours each), full analytics and customer insights.
Plans are one-off monthly payments through Razorpay. They do not renew automatically.
